Xiaofeng Hou

Mr. Xiaofeng Hou joined China Bluechemical Ltd.(CBC) in July 2020 as CEO and President.
Mr. Xiaofeng Hou has over 20 years working experience in CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Cooperation), the parent company of CBC. He joined CNOOC in July 1997 and worked as an IT engineer.
From April 2018 to April 2020, Mr. Xiaofeng Hou worked in Gannan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province as Vice Governor in charge of agriculture and rural areas, commercial, trading, investment, industry development and information technology.
Mr. Xiaofeng Hou received the Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Hefei University of Technology. He received a Master degree in Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business.
