Edward G. Wiener

Edward Weiner is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of Trammo, Inc. He also serves as the Co-Executor and Co-Trustee of Trammo’s founder’s estate and testamentary trust which is the company’s majority and controlling shareholder.

Mr. Weiner has been with the company since 1987 and was the Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 2018 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 2018.

Mr. Weiner graduated in 1980 with a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University School of Law after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude from University of Miami in 1977.

Mr. Weiner is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been admitted as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He is also a member of the Texas Bar Association and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court, the United States Tax Court, the Texas Bar and the Massachusetts Bar.

Prior to joining the company Mr. Weiner worked for Laventhol & Horwath in Houston, Texas, Johnson, Wurzer & Westmoreland in Houston, Texas and Arthur Andersen & Company in Boston, Massachusetts.
